Professional Writing and Editing is based at St Albans campus, in what we affectionately call the ‘lizard’ building, an award-winning $6.5 million online learning centre.

This centre is a prominent part of VU's extensive 32-hectare St Albans campus in Melbourne's West. The St Albans train station is minutes away, or if you’re driving, extensive parking is at the door.

The campus has all the facilities you would expect in a modern university, including a state-of-the-art library with banks of computers for student use; cafeterias, bookshop, gymnasium. It also offers broad ranging student support services from financial advice to careers counsellors.

Our PC computer labs and large bright classrooms are up-to-date, equipped with projectors and internet access for teaching. We also hold sessions in the intimate auditorium, which is a great venue for guest speakers or for analysing films.
