Overview:
Want to study visual arts or graphic design at university? This ten-day folio preparation program will help you assemble an impressive folio of your artwork and approach an interview with confidence.
The course is suitable for secondary school students and mature age students wanting to return to study and apply for admission to university.

Content:
The ten workshops will provide you with the course content and folio preparation information for VU programs to assist you apply for the Visual Arts or Design courses:

• How to assemble a folio and present your work
• Folio requirements
• How to approach an interview
• How to apply for the course

The course includes a series of practical exercises which you will be able to include in your folio.

• Introduction to drawing techniques and materials
• Introduction to design
• Introduction to life drawing
• Developing ideas using sketchbooks and workbooks

Prerequisites: None

Cost: $275 (including GST)
