Create 3d Models and Characters with ZBrush : Apply Now!
Sculpt, paint and add detail to 3D characters and models using ZBrush. Suitable for games, traditional animation and CG characters for digital video.

Overview:
ZBrush is a robust tool that allows people to create digital paintings and incredibly detailed 3d characters/creatures. The models and textures created within ZBrush can be exported to a variety of applications for use in the film industry, game industry or 3d visualisation industry.
This course is aimed at getting artists, 3d artists and designers started with with an eye to sculpting 3d characters and models. has a unique workflow, which will allow people to work in a natural and intuitive way once familiar with the tools.

- Introduction to ZBrush (Examples of output/Industry usage)
- The ZBrush user interface and tools
- ZBrush workflow
- ZBrush pipeline (integrating with other applications)
- Introduction to Zsperes
- Creating 3d characters/creatures using Zspheres
- Detailing 3d characters/creatures
- Texturing 3d characters/creatures
Prerequisites : none
Cost: $220 (including GST). Concessions available for current VU students.
