Please read the refunds and transfers policy and cancellation policy carefully before agreeing to enroll in a course.

Refunds and Transfers:

Requests for refunds and transfers will only be accepted if they are received in writing 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course. For a refund request a $75 administration fee will be deducted from the course fee paid. Refunds will be issued by cheque within 4 weeks. (These charges do not apply to courses cancelled by the University).
Once a course has commenced your course fee paid will not be refunded.

Course Cancellation:

If insufficient numbers are obtained, the University may cancel or defer a class where possible, at least 5 working days prior to commencement. You will be notified by phone. A full refund for cancellation will be issued within 4 weeks. If you decide to be placed into the next scheduled course and then request a refund or transfer, it will only be accepted in writing 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course. Please provide a day time contact number on the enrolment form so you can be contacted when courses and sessions are cancelled or deferred.

Payment Terms:

Payment in advance is required to secure your place in a course.
